Add New Account

TG Downloader supports multiple mainstream login methods, maximizing compatibility with various account environments.

Method 1: Phone Number Verification (Recommended)

The standard login method, suitable for accounts you registered yourself.

1. Click the + Add Account button.
2. Enter the phone number in the input box (e.g., +1234567890).
3. Click Next.
4. Check your Telegram mobile app and enter the 5-digit verification code received.
5. If 2FA cloud password is enabled, further password entry is required.

Method 2: QR Code Login

Suitable for accounts already logged in on mobile, no need to enter phone number.

1. Select the QR Code tab.
2. The software generates a QR code.
3. Open mobile Telegram -> Settings -> Devices -> Link Desktop Device.
4. Scan the QR code on the screen.

Method 3: Import Session File

Suitable for bulk protocol accounts.

1. Click Import Session.
2. Select .session files.
3. The system automatically parses and adds them to the list.

[!WARNING] Do not immediately perform high-frequency downloads or join groups with newly logged-in accounts (especially +86 accounts). It is recommended to “warm up” the account for 3-5 days to avoid being banned by Telegram.
