Activation

TG Downloader uses a license verification mechanism. After activating the software, you will unlock all advanced features including ultra-high-speed downloads, multi-thread concurrency, and unlimited monitoring tasks.

Activation Steps

1. Get License Key:

   • If you haven’t purchased a license yet, please visit our Pricing Page to choose a plan that suits you (Personal/Pro/Team).
   • After successful purchase, the License Key will be sent to your registered email.

2. Enter Key:

   • Launch TG Downloader.
   • Click the 🔑 Activate icon in the upper right corner of the interface, or go to Settings -> About.
   • In the activation window that pops up, paste your license key (usually starting with TGD-).

3. Complete Verification:

   • Ensure a normal network connection (able to connect to the verification server).
   • Click the Activate button.
   • After the system prompts “Activation Successful”, restart the software to take effect.

Troubleshooting

• Error Code 4001 (Invalid Key): Please check if the key is copied completely and if there are leading/trailing spaces.
• Error Code 4003 (Device Limit): The number of devices bound to your license has reached the limit. Please unbind on old devices or contact customer service to reset.
• Network Connection Failed: The activation process requires verifying with the server. Please ensure your network environment is normal and not blocked by a firewall.

[!TIP] When reinstalling the system or migrating to a new computer, be sure to click Unbind in the original software first to release the device quota.
