1. Eligibility and Acceptance
TG Downloader is operated by XIANG LISHUAI, an individual operator located in China ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to the TG Downloader desktop application, website, license, membership, and related services available at https://tg-downloader.com (the "Service").
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to purchase a paid plan or use the Service. By using the Service or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet these requirements and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
TG Downloader is a desktop software product that helps users organize and download content from Telegram accounts and channels they are authorized to access. Features may include manual and batch downloads, monitoring, account management, duplicate filtering, quota tracking, and optional AI-assisted features when made available.
The Service is a digital product delivered by account activation or activation code. Paid access begins after payment is confirmed. Availability may depend on Telegram, network conditions, operating-system compatibility, and third-party infrastructure.
TG Downloader is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Telegram. You must comply with Telegram's terms, applicable copyright rules, and all laws that apply to you.
3. Accounts and Security
Some features require a TG Downloader account. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or attempt to bypass device, quota, security, or licensing controls.
Notify us immediately at support@tg-downloader.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Plans, Pricing, and Billing Models
We may offer free access, monthly and yearly subscription plans, a one-time lifetime plan, promotional access, and trial access. Current features, limits, billing intervals, and prices are shown on the Pricing page and Checkout. Lifetime plans provide the paid software access described at purchase and remain subject to these Terms.
We may change future prices or plan features. Changes do not retroactively shorten a paid access period already purchased.
5. Payments and Taxes
Payments may be processed by Waffo Pancake, GMPay, or another provider identified at Checkout. Card and payment-account details are handled by the applicable payment provider; we do not store complete card numbers on our servers. Blockchain payments may be publicly recorded on the relevant network.
By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize all charges shown at Checkout, including one-time charges and recurring subscription charges where renewal is enabled. Prices are stated at Checkout and may exclude taxes, duties, or network fees unless expressly stated otherwise. You are responsible for taxes that apply to your purchase.
6. Subscriptions and One-Time Purchases
Monthly and yearly plans are subscription purchases. The billing interval, renewal amount, and whether renewal is automatic will be clearly shown before you pay. Where automatic renewal is enabled, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the selected payment method at each renewal until you cancel. Lifetime membership is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
When a subscription ends or its renewal is cancelled, paid features continue until the end of the paid period and then stop. Your account and free features may remain available under the limits shown in the Service.
7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Billing Errors
If your subscription renews automatically, you may cancel future renewal using the cancellation method shown at Checkout or in the payment provider's portal, or by contacting us at least one business day before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not by itself refund the current period.
Because paid access is delivered digitally, all purchases are final except as described in this section or as required by law. A first-time purchaser may request a full refund within 7 days of the first payment if fewer than 10 files were downloaded using the paid entitlement and the account was not used fraudulently or in violation of these Terms.
We will also review refunds for duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, an activation failure caused by us, or a verified service outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours. Mandatory statutory cancellation or refund rights are not limited by these Terms.
To request a refund, email support@tg-downloader.com with your account email, order number, transaction ID, and reason. We normally confirm receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5 to 10 business days through the original payment method. Bank or blockchain processing times may vary.
Refunds may be denied for completed access periods, used activation codes, repeated refund abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, or material violations of these Terms.
8. Billing Disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact support@tg-downloader.com before filing a bank or payment dispute. Include the order number, account email, transaction ID, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
- Download, distribute, or retain content without the required rights or permissions.
- Access Telegram accounts, groups, channels, or private data without authorization.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, bypass licensing, or interfere with security controls.
- Resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute paid access without written permission.
- Use the Service to spam, harass, infringe rights, distribute malware, or attack systems.
- Circumvent quotas, device limits, payment obligations, or technical restrictions.
- Violate Telegram's terms, applicable law, or the rights of any third party.
10. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, website, branding, documentation, and related materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased features for their intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
11. Privacy and Data
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how it is shared, how long it is retained, and how to exercise your rights. Payment data is processed by the payment provider identified at Checkout, including Waffo Pancake or GMPay.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or Telegram change, recovery of deleted content, or that third-party services will remain available. You are responsible for maintaining backups and verifying that you have the right to download or retain each file.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or third-party claims arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material violation of these Terms, fraud, payment abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Where we terminate for a reason not attributable to your breach, we will provide a proportionate refund for the unused prepaid access period. You may stop using the Service at any time.
15. Changes, Governing Law, and General
We may update these Terms when laws, services, or business practices change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new version and effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of mainland China. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith. The courts or competent dispute-resolution bodies of Shanghai, China, will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding the Service.
